Lauren has worked in the financial industry since 2018 when she began a partnership with her father, John Levine, to further grow and create a legacy for their multi-generational business. Lauren specializes in working with active and retired first responders on their financial and retirement planning. She is also enthusiastic and dedicated to helping all clients meet their financial goals, as well as growing and preserving their wealth.
Lauren grew up in Houston, Texas and graduated with honors from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana where she majored in Criminal Justice and Sociology.
Prior to joining World Financial Advisors, Lauren had a career in law enforcement conducting criminal intelligence analysis for Texas Department of Public Safety and the Houston Police Department. For the State of Texas, she specialized in producing strategic threat assessments on gangs, border crime, and counterterrorism for policymakers and other law enforcement agencies. She then supported many sexual assault and family violence investigations for the Houston Police Department’s Special Victims Division. Her law enforcement career sharpened her impeccable attention to detail, effective communication, and confidentiality.
Building wealth for first responders and their families is Lauren’s top priority. Financial and retirement planning for first responders is especially unique and complex. Lauren is also passionate about enhancing the livelihood of first responders through her 8-hour Financial Wellness for Police Personnel training course, which she teaches to various law enforcement agencies.
In her free time, Lauren enjoys the outdoors, practicing Spanish, exercising, and giving back to others. She is married and loves spending time with their two sons.
